A local team that builds the space your event happens in.
We are a tent and event setup company in Mianwali. We work with families, communities and organisers who have a date, a place and a guest list, and need the space to match.
Most of our work is weddings, Milads and cricket tournaments. Each is planned around how the day will actually run: where guests arrive, where they sit, where the stage goes and how the space feels after dark.
We deliver everything, build it on site and take it down afterwards, so the people hosting can spend the day with their guests.
Plan Your EventWhy people book us for their event.
Specific things we do, not promises we hope you will believe.
Plan Your Event-
Complete event setup
Tent, seating, flooring, stage and lighting from one team, so you are not coordinating several vendors.
-
On-site installation
We build the setup where your event is, whether that is a ground, a plot or outside your home.
-
Flexible event sizes
From a family gathering to a large tournament. The setup is scaled to your guest count.
-
Local Mianwali service
We work in and around Mianwali, so we know the grounds, the distances and the timings.
-
Delivery and dismantling
Everything arrives before your event and is taken down after it.
-
Experienced setup team
The people who plan your setup are the people who build it.
Mianwali and the areas around it.
We are based in Mianwali and set up events across the district. If your event is a little further out, ask us. We may still be able to reach you.
